About us
Snesaren is a lake outside Vimmerby in Småland where I have my origins. Back home, I was brought up in a true industrial spirit where I worked for several years as a quality manager at an international die-casting company in the automotive industry. I then moved to Stockholm and also lived for six months in London to study economics at university level.
Snesaren AB was founded in 2018 by me, Oskar Eriksson. After my master's thesis at Stockholm University in corporate restructuring, I had jobs at banks, consulting companies and investment companies before I took the step to become my own in order to be independent of my clients.
For a couple of years now, I have also been involved in running an American Silicon Valley start-up within health tech. Merging the work ethic from Småland with the innovative thinking from the American west coast really gets me going on all cylinders!
Over the years, I have built up several collaboration partners in everything from expert advicers, accounting firms to law firms, where we set up the best possible team according to your specific needs.

Pre-study*
Before we know exactly which measures that need to be implemented in a larger case, a preliminary study is required. We "open the hood" of the company and then give you our opinion and what options that are available to you.
Restructuring*
If it turns out that a company restructuring is required through the District Court after our preliminary study, we will put together just the right team to give you the best opportunity. We have cooperation with several reconstructors with many years of experience
Debt Advisory*

Vitality Test*
In order to know whether a company is subject to corporate restructuring, a so-called viability test is required. This needs to be shown in connection with the application to show that the company can survive after the company restructuring.
